1 hour meeting in your home. Here we walk your entire home inside and out. I create a list of all the necessary improvements/updates/tweaks to help showcase your home in the best way possible to the market. This includes but is not limited too: paint color selections, moving furniture, decluttering, decor details, lighting choices, staged vignettes. This option works best for those home owners who already have existing furniture & decor to work with of their own.
You need your home photo ready and/or warm and inviting for prospective buyers. There are several options that include (but are not limited too): establishing a decor/furniture budget, working with sellers existing heirlooms, utilizing stagers inventory of both new & antique heirlooms, rental options, etc. This option is best for those who may need furniture and/decor outside of what that may or may not already have at their disposal.
